It’s crucial that all employees are aware of potential risks. We start off by discovering current risks and vulnerabilities by working with senior technology and risk management. Once we have that insight, we develop a risk awareness campaign to get all employees up to speed. We don’t believe that once-a-year training is enough to keep employees aware.

We put a lot of effort into our awareness campaigns – we ensure that employees are aware of all potential risks and empowered to protect the firm. By using appropriate channels – such as leadership events, webinars and newsletters – to reinforce the message, employees keep risk awareness top of mind. 

Each campaign takes into consideration the different functions, roles, geographies and types of users.  We do the research needed and present it in a way that will resonate with employees.
